Returns/Refunds/Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with details within the first 14 days of receipt.  If the item is returned in like-new condition, we will issue a refund for the price of the product only; shipping charges will not be refunded.  Pre-paid shipping labels will not be issued; customer will return the items at their own expense.

We reserve the right to accept or deny any returns based on product misuse, neglect or other "Acts of God" beyond our control. If your product arrived damaged, please contact us to request a replacement.  

Refunds on Digital Downloads
No refunds will be given for digital download purchases.

Refunds on Books
Books that are wrapped in cellophane cannot be returned once the cellophane has been removed.

Processing Refunds
All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Otherwise, the refund will be made via check and will be mailed to the address on file for your order.

Exchanges
Exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.  To make an exchange, please contact us.
